About the Pour over coffee

    There have five steps to the Pour Over Coffee, namely " Heating appliances ", " Wetting filter paper ", " Measurement and Grinding ", " Watering and Stuffy steaming ", " Stable watering injection and sharing ".
     The first, Heating appliances, use a small amount of hot water, the filter cup and the glass pot of the pot, and the required amount of water heated to near boiling.
    The second, Wetting filter paper, put the filter paper into the filter cup, the first simple hot water to filter paper after the drop of hot water, which makes the next to be brewing coffee retains the original flavor.
    The third, Measurement and Grinding, put the amount of coffee powder into the tapered filter paper, and the coffee powder of the Pour Over Coffee is 10 G with 180 ML of water for brewing.

    The fourth, Watering and Stuffy steaming, the first water injection, the conical filter paper on the coffee powder evenly into the hot water after the stop water. Wait about 10 seconds for the flavor of coffee powder to release, and can even develop the flavor.

    The fifth, Stable watering injection and sharing, slowly pour the remaining water to cover all the ground coffee in a smooth, rounded way.
    Tip: A cup of pour over coffee takes 3 minutes to complete.

About  the  Coffee  Press

    The Coffee Press is one of the best conditioning. The use of French filter press coffee can really extract the flavor of a cup of coffee, coffee beans to retain the precious natural oil without filter paper filter, it can present the perfect flavor, while showing consistent mellow and rich flavor. There have five steps to the Coffee Press, naming " Heating appliances ", " Grinding and Measurement ", " Adding the hot water ", " Extraction ", " Pressing and out ". 

    The first, Heating appliances, use a small amount of hot water, the coffee press and the required amount of water heated to near boiling.
    The  second, Grinding and Measurement, grind the ground coffee powder to the size of the number 15 and put it into the filter pot. Take 10 G of coffee powder and 180 ML of water for the recommended extraction ratio.

    The third, Adding the hot water, adding freshly boiled hot water and make sure all the coffee powder is wet.

    The fourth, Extraction, pressing the pressure pot assembly gently onto the top of the coffee powder to maintain the temperature.Using a timer, let the coffee take four minutes.

    The fifth, Pressing and out, holding the handle with one hand and pressing the filter pot with the other hand, slowly pushing the coffee powder to the bottom of the filter press.

    The end, as the best flavor of coffee retention time of only 20 minutes, it's recommended to drink immediately.

Four basic elements of Coffee

   To make a good cup of coffee, four basic elements need to be noticed: proportion, degree of grinding, water and freshness.
    Proportion, referring to the proportion of the coffee powder and water, coffee conditioning in front of the article, always referred to 10 G of coffee powder with 180 ML of the hot water. This ratio can be just right to extract the flavor of coffee beans, if you want to transfer a little light coffee, you can add some hot water after conditioning.

    Degree of grinding, the thickness of the grinding determines the water and coffee contact time, and extracted from the coffee flavor of the amount.

    Water, since 98 % of a cup of coffee is water, so pure and refreshing water for conditioning a cup of delicious coffee is essential.

    Freshness, the natural enemy of coffee is oxygen, light, heat and moisture. Once the bag containing the flavor is opened, the coffee should be placed in an opaque sealed container, stored at room temperatures, and used within a week.
